Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase/PO confirmation, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

• Custom-built / Made-to-order / OEM products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Requests must be submitted via email or official communication channels.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Non-payment or payment verification failure

• Incorrect or incomplete information

• Unavailability of materials/components

• Any operational or regulatory reason

In such cases, the customer will be notified and eligible for a refund if payment has been made.

Refund Policy
